2018 End of Season Presentation and Dinner

2. Volunteers to help the event run Smoothly

The season is progressing fast and we need to start finalising the End of Season Football Presentation and Dinner being held at the Novotel Parramatta on 18 August.

Can I ask for you to assist in any way you can to get this evening organised and finalised. Belinda Hazell independentairflow@optusnet.com.au has kindly volunteered to manage this event and she needs your help in getting the ball rolling, such as organising the kickoff meeting, the evenings attendees list and dignitaries, key speakers, the decorations, discuss the food menu, figure out who will do what job, etc. All this has been done in previous years so we will wont ‘reinvent the wheel’ but follow previous evenings organisation.
